You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

Georgetown Modern Chic 1 Bedroom

Reopening to Covid conscious guests who understand the cooperation between guest and host for a clean and safe place while visiting Washington, DC. Many historic restaurants have outdoor dining as well as carry out. More locations will be opening soon and this is still a great walking city. Please inquire for extended stay. Transportation is easy and close by. Access to Georgetown University, George Washington University as well as their respective hospitals are very short distances.

Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.

The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
