The Cricket- An amazing Tiny House!

The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove. The Cricket was built in 1920 and is 360 sq. feet. We have just completed renovations on the Cricket including a new bathroom, interior and exterior painting and extensive yard work. We think you will find our home a peaceful refuge!

Upstairs unit of completely remodeled duplex. Just a half mile from St Mary's Glacier trail head. Right off of a paved road. Peak views from the deck. Come stay at this perfect getaway at 10,500 ft above sea level. All Wheel Drive/4x4 is HIGHLY recommended in winter months. Bottom unit is also an Air BnB.

Our house is close to parks, museums, creeks, trails & w/in a 50 min drive of 9 world-class ski areas, with Loveland only 15 minutes away. Other recreational activities include fishing, hiking, & biking the Guanella Pass. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, families, groups, and furry friends.
