Easy access for local universities with excellent local transport. East Midlands Airport and Donington Park are 30 minutes away. The cottage has an open plan sitting room with log burner, stone floor kitchen. Upstairs bathroom with toilet, two double bedrooms one king size bed and one queen size. Ample parking. Hope terrace is a 4 bedroomed double fronted end terrace dating back to 1874. The 3 story house is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. There is two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The ground floor has a living room with wood burning stove and a large kitchen/dinning room. The house is in a lovely quiet area but all the amenities of Matlock Bath are a short walk away.

Unique static boat moored on the Trent , great for fishing or just relaxing, fantastic views lots lovely walks,The boat is now ready for the winter months heating on log burner ready to go, new kitchenware very cozy ,Christmas almost upon us why not try a stay over Christmas and enjoy the boat decked out. Festive homemade treats in a small hamper including mince pies and mulled wine.

17th century cottage in Matlock

A very old stone cottage but newly renovated inside. The cottage was my home, my children were all brought up there. I now live in a barn at the top of the driveway which we tried to build in as energy saving way as we could. During the cottage renovation we have tried to make the space as 'green' as possible.
