Welcome to our peaceful 100-year-old millhouse in East Belmont! We are family and dog friendly (no Pet Fee!) and offer a large fenced yard. Located in a quiet section of town only 1 mile from the bustling downtown area, we are also only 1/2 mile from Lake Wylie access at Kevin Loftin Park as well as the new Belmont Recreation facility across the street.
