Beautiful waterfront home with unobstructed views of Oxoboxo Lake! Quiet area yet just 30 minutes to Mystic. Upper level has 2 cozy bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, a spacious living area with direct lake views, and a full bathroom. Lower level has a second mini kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and table, large living room, bathroom, and doors leading directly onto the lakeside patio. Lower level has a twin size bed in living area for extra sleeping space.

Stay at a one-of-a-kind house located 5 minutes from Mohegan Sun and several other attractions close by. Our house is conveniently located close to Foxwoods, Mystic, vineyards, Navel Submarine Base, Ct College, USCG Academy and several beaches. Enjoy our game room where you can play arcade games, pool, foosball, giant connect 4, hooky, board games and sing karaoke all under a light up cloud ceiling. Cozy Cape on the Cove

Our two-bedroom cape on the cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace and quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.
