There is one common sink that is right outside the bathroom door. Under the outdoor pergola is a great place to have your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
