Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Casa centralissima tra Corso Roma e Centro Storico di Gallipoli. Dagli spazi esterni ampissimi ed esclusivi si gode un panorama unico, da colazione a cena.
