The house is ideally situated for day trips into central London by train, many National Trust and English Heritage sites in Kent/Sussex, or events at Brands Hatch. The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 10 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

A beautiful, semi-detached Victorian, cottage built in 1862. In north London with a 100ft garden. The cottage is bright and airy with original features inc stable garden door and floorboards to cosy fireplaces. I have art and houseplants and outside is covered with roses. The ancient market town, Kingston upon Thames with its great choice of restaurants, shopping and theatre is just a leisurely 20 min. walk away. If you like to venture out to London, Norbiton Station provides direct access to Waterloo Station. You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.

Our home is a cosy cottage in Kennington. The cottage was built in 1780 and is within a short distance of many of London’s attractions. It is small but perfectly formed. The house is spread over three floors and includes a kitchen, living and dining area, garden, two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and one with a double bed) and two small bathrooms.
