Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

Ritz Carlton is just 2 miles South of us. The Harbor also has great options for dining. Many trails for hiking and biking very close by.

This home has lots of light, new appliances and furniture. You are renting the entire home in the rear of the property. This is in an older, diverse neighborhood, with friendly Hispanic, Portuguese, Viet, Black and White neighbors, and a low crime rate. The pets in the listing are actually in the front house. The back house is pet friendly, but cleaned after each visit. There are neighborhood cats outside. Easy access to bus lines, and two major highways (101 and 280).

There are televisions and high speed internet to keep you connected, as well as an office with a desk should you need to get some work done. There is also everything you need to help you disconnect- redwood trees, mountain air, a nearby creek; a fenced yard with a swingset, board games, and the beach and wineries not far away.

My place is close to miles of hiking and biking trails in county parks and openspace, great views, the beach and not far from the Peninsula, S.F. and Santa Cruz. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space and that it is a self contained small cabin with a tiny deck.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Perfect for hikers and bikers.
