A sweet space on a pond, this cottage is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway. We offer swimming, kayaks and a canoe, life jackets along with a raft to float on. Endless fun in the water, with no motors to be heard. This is a quiet spot and we would hate to be responsible for ruining that. We are family friendly and kids are welcome, but please leave the party at the casino (5 minutes away)! The waterfront is sandy and shallow, perfect for young ones to splash around in.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Castle Rock is a captivating 3-bedroom, 3-bath family retreat offering waterfront views and convenient in-town living. Immerse yourself in the charm of Brunswick’s scenic surroundings with a 3-mile paved bike path along the Androscoggin river, where eagles soar and sturgeon jump. In a short walk into town, you’ll find all of the restaurants and the activities associated with a college town, with the prestigious Bowdoin College just a mile away.
