Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. It’s a short walk to Silver Lake to use the provided tandem kayak. (Launch is about a block away) 30-35 minutes from major cities-Cadillac, Clare, Mt. pleasant - Very clean, sweet little family-owned cottage- time to unwind and reconnect.

This house boasts knotty pine cathedral ceilings, 2 gathering/ living areas, a gas grill, and a large deck. There's a back door that opens to a fenced in yard for you four legged family members. The beach, fishing pier, playground, and boat access are steps away across the street at the end of the driveway. This house is not on the water side of street. It is on hilltop with views. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED in the lake. PET FEES ADDED AT TIME OF RESERVATION - pls ask.

It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.

This beautiful suite is the prime location right downtown walking distance to bars, eateries, Cops and Doughnuts, shops, rails for trails, parks and the movie theater! Fit for two but spacious enough for a small family, the East Room has a queen size bed, leather sofa, small table and kitchen, and beautiful bathroom. Look out the picture window for a view of main street Clare. We are 17 minutes form the casino and CMU.

The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes. Close to national forest. 42 minutes from Cabrefae Ski Resort. Traverse City 1hr 23 min away
