Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Although our cottage sleeps 4, it’s real charm is allowing couples a cozy spot to reconnect take a relaxing soak in the hot tub & spend evenings by the fire pit. This house boasts knotty pine cathedral ceilings, 2 gathering/ living areas, a gas grill, and a large deck. There's a back door that opens to a fenced in yard for you four legged family members. The beach, fishing pier, playground, and boat access are steps away across the street at the end of the driveway. This house is not on the water side of street. It is on hilltop with views. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED in the lake. PET FEES ADDED AT TIME OF RESERVATION - pls ask.

The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes.
