Stunning Bankers Loft with King Size Bed

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment once housed the President of the Farmers Bank of Floyd, which was the building's first floor (the vault and safe are still intact). It has been painstakingly restored to its former glory in 2023. The original 120-year-old timber frames and wood floors have been preserved, while the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drywall have all been replaced. The result is a stunning apartment that retains its 18th-century charm while also offering all the modern conveniences.

This is a Private lower level of a ranch home. Large 1700 sq. ft on SML Main channel. Great Couple getaway or up to 3 persons on an additional full inflatable air bed in the Game Room. Steep steps getting to the dock, but you can walk down the driveway halfway if you're physically challenged.
