Enjoy this beautiful spacious home designed by local architect Thomas Walgamuth. Located on a quiet 2 acre lot. Just mins from Purdue campus and downtown Lafayette. This home provides tons of amenities, including spa like master suite with private cozy sitting area with firplace, and game room for all ages, including arcade game, foose ball, xbox and more. Home and lot are big enough to host private events such as weddings, birthdays and other events (at an adjusted rate). Plenty of parking.

Red House Guesthouse

Relaxing guesthouse in peaceful country setting with local deer herd visiting frequently. Close to Shades and Turkey Run State Park and Wabash College. Great location for Covered Bridge Festival, and wedding venues. We live on site with our 2 chocolate Labradors. The guesthouse has a private entrance and private outdoor deck facing the woods. Entire living space is handicapped accessible including large bathroom with walk in shower. Cleaning is in accordance with CDC guidelines.

I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.

The spacious home sits on Lake Vermilion, one of Illinois' most stocked fishing lakes. Enjoy all that nature has to offer w/o sacrificing modern convenience! In a peaceful area of town you'll be surrounded by nature & wildlife. We also offer a 10 person Pontoon Boat for an additional fee. No pets allowed!
