High quality linens and towels Everything you need to a relaxing getaway PET FEE- we do allow you to bring a well mannered dog. Please clean up after them so we can continue to allow this. Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. We have enacted rigorous cleaning procedures to keep our renters safe and healthy.

Have a dreamy stay at our beautiful hideaway one mile from Glass Beach, Pudding Creek Beach and downtown Fort Bragg! Cottage is set on a secluded plot with full privacy, gated entrance and parking. Relax with some complimentary wine on the porch and take in the sunset and starry nights from the scenic farmland atmosphere. Inside is a lovely skylighted living room, full kitchen, pristine natural well water, pull-down sleeper couch, private bedroom with queen Dreamcloud mattress, indie/art books.

Beautiful private studio has ocean view, large 2nd floor deck and is across the road from Caspar State Park. This 2 level space includes kitchen downstairs and living space (including your own private sauna!) upstairs. There is a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, large deck , wood floors and full bath. From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

Navarro House - hot tub | beach | dog friendly

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Well behaved pets welcome! 240 and 140V plugs available in driveway - bring your own plug for car charging.

Seabreeze

Whilst the property is set on a quiet bluff, it is still a short drive to all amenities of both Fort Bragg and Mendocino. You will be 2 miles to the world famous Skunk Train (redwood forest train tours). 1 mile from downtown Fort Fragg, and 10 mins drive from Mendocino. You can walk 15 mins into Noyo harbour where you can enjoy great fishing charters, whale watching tours, riverside kayaking, and nice dining experiences. You will also be a few mins away from world famous national parks.

Garden home

This cozy house was just built on 3-acres. This property has all modern appliances & everything you will need for cooking. There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.

Judy's Rhododendron Retreat

Judy's Rhododendron Retreat is a roomy, open floorplan home, surrounded by mature landscaping (with lots of rhododendron!), wildlife and views of the Pacific through the trees. Sit on the large deck and enjoy the sound of the ocean while protected from the wind, walk to the beautiful Mendocino Botanical Gardens, or just relax inside surrounded by views of the trees and birds. Well-stocked home is quiet and secluded, but still close enough to quickly be in Fort Bragg or Mendocino.

We're located on 5 wooded acres 10 minutes from the village of Mendocino, Big River Beach, Mendocino Woodlands and Mendocino Headlands. Located in a quiet lush setting of Redwoods, and wild Rhododendrons adjacent to Jackson State Forest. The cottage has one bedroom and bathroom and the living area includes a full kitchen. Quiet and secluded. Located on a paved private lane away from traffic.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
