This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Cozy Studio, Steps to Pool, 15 mins to DT Dallas

Spacious hidden gem just east of DT Dallas. Private entrance to this studio with private bathroom and all the amenities you could need. You’ll have full access to the pool and parking on site. I live onsite but because you have your own private entrance, you won’t see me at all unless you need something. 15 mins to DT Dallas where there is always something going on from concerts and comedy shows to amazing Texas food and activities.

The Overlook at Oak Cliff- Guest House

Private guest suite in Oak Cliff (see note below). Recently designed mid-century modern guest suite, that sits on a hill above tree lined neighborhood, so you have a feeling of being in nature. Note: - It has a private entrance through the garage. - NEW lights installed that make it easy to find at night. (OCT 2025) Weekends: if we are home we offer Free latte or cappuccino in the morning. Peaceful backyard cottage centrally-located to Downtown. Sorry No long term stays 7 days Maximum. Only 5 minutes away from the Bishop Arts district. Cottage is a separate building on the property and has its own private entrance with parking right night to the cottage. Guests can easily check themselves in with the electronic lock on the front door that is programmed with their own personal code.

This guest suite is located within close proximity to Kaufman (12 minutes), Crandall (10 minutes) and Scurry TX (6 minutes). With only a short 40 minute drive to downtown Dallas, it offers the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a day trip to Dallas.
