Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Floyds Knobs area. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, full kitchen with brand new appliances, huge living room area, patio with views of the woods, and a campsite down by the stream fed from a fresh water spring. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

Located in a nice neighborhood where walkers and runners are common and where off-street parking is readily available. Home access is with a keyless entry. *Occupancy tax is same as hotels & is included in Airbnb final pricing.

Newly renovated 1920s shotgun house in Downtown New albany. Perfect for those who want the convenience of being in the middle of it all, but still want an authentic and stylish oasis to relax in. Comes with all the amenities you would expect for a convenient stay including fully equipped kitchen, private back yard, off street parking, and self check-in. Walk or Bike your way to many local restaurants, shops, or take the byway to enjoy the scenic Ohio River.

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.
