Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. We also offer discounts for guests staying weekly (7+nights) or monthly (28+ nights)

Sitting high on a hill, this property has stunning, unobstructed views of the Alsea Bay, the Bay Bridge, the town of Waldport and the Pacific Ocean. This unit is a one bedroom condo separate from the main house. The main part of the house is used by the owners. The condo has its own deck and BBQ, a very large bedroom with a comfortable chair for enjoying the view out toward the ocean, a cozy gas fireplace, and a complete kitchen. The house was built in 2019.
