Take it easy at this peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie. The beach is an 15 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass near by. This may disturb your sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

We have a 40 ft dock with direct access to the lake with 3 kayaks to use. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua counties major attractions.
