We are just a short drive to the Sand Dunes, Vineyards of Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula, and Traverse City. Outdoor opportunities to hike, swim, fish and boat abound in this area. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
