This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Enjoy a freshly updated home with easy walkability to all of midtown. This 1 bdrm house hosts new appliances, TV, and AC. High ceilings add to the open feel of the home with the house nestled in the back of a large lot. This coupled with the fact that this house shares no walls with any other home, gives it a quiet and peaceful setting considering it is so centrally located. While currently there is no yard space available for use, there is parking right next to the house.

Guests will have their own private entrance. It’s conveniently located near Coffee shops, Market Stores and a couple of restaurants. Few other attractions include a golf course (Red Hawk Golf) and parks ( Golden Eagle Regional Parks) 5 minutes away.

Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Enjoy a peaceful stay at the Cactus Flower Bunkhouse set on the Rustic Hart Ranch. Comfortable, modern house set right on a working cow horse ranch, where you can view the horses, alfalfa fields and the most amazing sunsets! Traveling with your horses? We offer layover services too, just ask! If more than two guests, we do have an air mattress for the living room.
