Basement unit with private entrance near Penn State (less than 10 minutes drive to stadium). Close to movie theater and groceries/shopping. This is a quiet and safe residential area. You will be staying in the basement unit (NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE). No parties and loud music/noise allowed. Space descriptions below: Bedroom: 1 queen size bed, desk, chair. Willow Oak Cottage (Minutes to PSU!)

This fully renovated cottage offers the comfort of a brand-new home, providing a peaceful and unique retreat. Nestled on two acres of serene land, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Gather around a cozy campfire in the spacious backyard with family and friends. The cottage is located just 15 minutes from Penn State campus and stadium, the location is both convenient and tranquil. Plus, it's conveniently located right near Way's Fruit Farm, which has some of the best apples around town.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.
