There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. Our cozy home is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.

Seaside Villas is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhouse in Fenwick Island Delaware. Seaside Villas is a small ocean side community of 22 townhouses located just south of Bethany Beach and north of Fenwick Island State Park. The townhouse is about 75 yards to the beach. The townhouse has unobstructed views of the ocean from two decks. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean while relaxing on the king bed in the master suite.

For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

Our home has plenty of natural light that includes two queen size beds and two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower(open seasonally). There is plenty of parking with a driveway that holds 4 cars.
