Paradise River Retreat is literally feet away from the beautiful Hiwassee River. Fishing, kayaking, tubing, or just sitting by the fire awaits you. This unique cabin sits on 1.5 wooded acres, sleeps 6, includes two decks with outdoor sitting and cooking area, fire pit, and direct access to the river. Just 3 minutes away from John C. Campbell Folk School and less than 5 miles to downtown Murphy where you will find local shops, dining, and the small town atmosphere that will have you wanting more.

Our barn was a horse rescue that we turned into a home on the inside. There are trails on the property great for walking, biking or four wheeling and an outdoor scavenger hunt. Close to many hiking trails, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, lakes, the Harrah’s casino in Murphy and many little mountain towns. We have Wi-Fi, it helps with cell service. No cable but we get many channels on an antenna and Roku. It is a great place to reconnect with family and friends. Just bring clothes, food & drinks

Wahuhi Holler at Created Country is 10 min from Tellico Plains, the river and Cherohala Skyway. Enjoy 17 acres with 1.25 miles of ever expanding walking trails next to a creek and brooks. Keep an eye out for those pesky gnomes. Relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch or grilling out on the back. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.
