The Little Gem at Diamond House

The Little Gem at Diamond House is a self contained suite with its own private access situated within the downstairs of Diamond House, our family home. Separated by a locked internal door, the Airbnb comprises of a large bedroom, an entrance hallway with shower & toilet. A microwave, tea & coffee making facilities and a small fridge are provided for your use. Within walking distance are Camberley town centre & train station & Barrossa Common. The RMA & Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa are also local.

Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Private, peaceful, spacious & self-contained

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

A beautifully presented ground floor apartment in Fleet, Hampshire. A short walk from Fleet train station, Tescos Express, pub and café. The property has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 50 inch smart TV and high speed WiFi. In the bedroom there is a Superking bed with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is modern and benefits from having a top of the range Harvey water softener fitted for super soft skin! Lots of lovely walks nearby such as Fleet Pond.

Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating, EV charging and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay, or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Breakfast is extra

The apartment is perfect for short or long business trips, walking distance to Farnborough Exhibition & Conference Centre, and a ten-minute drive to Farnborough Airport. Only 2 adults are allowed in the property as per booking. No children or pets. Security camera facing the gate entrance of the property will be used to verify check-in (3pm onwards) and check-out (10am). No smoking or vaping inside the property. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. We CANNOT receive post nor keep items for guests.
