Huset är nybyggd och har en boyta på ca 25 kvadratmeter + loft. Du kan njuta av den oslagbara havsutsikten genom fönstret eller på den tillhörande stora altanen. Utkök finns på altanen som du får använda gratis för matlagning. Dusch finner du i bastutunnan (se bild). Du kan basta i vedeldad bastu för en extra avgift.
