Floor-to-ceiling panorama windows in the living area, as well as a shower with sea view on the first floor, are only 2 of many architectural highlights. The impressive roof terraces on the third floor with breathtaking sea views over the Fehmarnsund Bridge makes Villa Gold I the ideal holiday destination for families or place to relax with friends. There is plenty of room for all in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. If it is cold or rainy outside, the crackling fireplace and the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. For a small fee amateur captains have the opportunity to charter the 15 hp motor boat, "The Villas Trust" without a boat license and to explore the island from the water. Even anglers and kite surfers are welcome to safely store their personal sports equipment in the lockable recreation room. Self-caught fish can be processed in the evening at a designated fish preparation stand and barbequed on our Weber Grill. Size: 90 m2. Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Der er gode muligheder for at nyde skov og strand i det rolige miljø omkring Østersøen, både på cykel og vandring med masser af afmærkede ruter. Nyd også dejlig gourmet mad på Hesnæs havn samt Pomlenakke Traktørsted hvor man har en fantastisk udsigt over Østersøen. Der er rig mulighed for at fiske hele vejen langs kysten, hvor der er god mulighed for at fange havørred.

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.
