Coppersmith Cottage houses this tidy non-smoking, no pets, living space. Sorry WIFI is slow to non-existent for this space. There are no choices for WIFI in this rural location. There is basic TV (non-cable). There is no kitchen but there is a cozy bathroom and lounge space with queen sized bed. Cabin is rustic yet has all modern amenities - air conditioning, internet, DISH TV, fully stocked and newly remodeled kitchen (utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans), indoor gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, large deck, and charcoal grill. There are 3 queen bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs with a small en suite bath attached.)

This mountain home is the biggest of our 4 rentals near Ricketts Glen state park. Perfect for 1-8 guests! We will match the price of our smaller rentals for single and couple guests. This property which was my grandparents borders Ricketts Glen. I have many fond memories hunting and hiking and coming back to my Gram’s exceptional cooking. This home is off of Hynick road on 10 private acres. Walking distance from the falls!

Woodland Wonder

Quiet, secluded property with private entrance. Located on 10 acres, approximately 5 miles from Ricketts Glen state park. We have ponds stocked with fish, picnic areas, woods, and wildlife. It is a great place for a weekend getaway. There a many restaurants relatively close by to go get dinner at as well. Our property has limited wifi and cell phone service, perfect for an unplugged getaway.
