Tyler Place across from Radford University

Enjoy this spacious condo across from Radford University, and conveniently located near some of Radford's best local restaurants. The condo has a large living room, a full size kitchen with standard appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, spacious balcony located off the living room, laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Everything you could want and need for a comfortable stay. Approx. 20 minutes from VT.

Close to RU and VT - Home Away from Home

Walk to RU or 20 min. drive to VT. Scandinavian styled home that is open, bright, and spacious enough for large parties. Enjoy a fully equipped dream kitchen to eat in, or go downtown, Main Street is just a short drive away. Also near by are Bissett Park, Claytor Lake, Appalachian Trail, New River Trail and lots of wineries and breweries. The Radford Dwelling

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Private Cozy Studio

Relax in our modern studio in a quiet neighborhood. One bedroom with a queen size bed plus an extra Queen bed in the open living area. Enjoy a kitchenette with coffee maker, mini fridge, and dining for 4, plus a large bathroom and spacious laundry. Step outside to a beautifully lit patio with table & chairs for 4 — perfect for evenings. Just 5 min to Radford University & downtown, 25 min to Blacksburg & VT, near restaurants, breweries, and hiking.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house. We share a wall and you will hear us. Room comes with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range). Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

Highlander Cottage

The Highlander Cottage is located directly across from Radford University. Beautiful new deck that overlooks Kyle Hall and the rest of the campus. Walking distance to the Highlander Hotel, restaurants, and of course, campus. This peaceful setting has everything that you will need for a visit to the New River Valley. Large yard and very private, it is truly an oasis in Radford that cannot be beat in terms of a central location.
