We will review some basic Pittsburgh history while doing some low intensity warmups- then begin a fitness walk through some great areas of Schenley Park, the campuses of Carnegie Mellon and University of Pittsburgh while enjoying some sites/ stories/ architecture. Along the way you will be challenged by some steep inclines and steps. We will break for recovery and to take in some views. Upon conclusion of the fitness tour we will perform a cool down together before parting ways .

I have been coaching and working with personal training clients for over a decade and have additional certifications in speed / agility/ quickness as well as older adult programming. I have had articles published in fitness/sport magazines and have been a presenter at national fitness industry shows. I am now looking at incorporating my love for fitness and training with the growing tourism market in the area.
I have a great network of studios / locations for yoga, CrossFit , high intensity interval workouts, etc - but will mainly focus on history hikes or rucks but would incorporate those additional options if customers wanted those options.

Fit walking tour will begin at Phipps Conservatory and we will hold warm up before descending into some of the trails of Schenley Park. After being challenged by some trails and steps within park we will stop at some fountains and statues with historical significance. Then ,we will loop onto the campuses of Carnegie Mellon University and then The University of Pittsburgh where we will have a few stops to take in some interesting sites .
