This online experience is a fun and interactive opportunity to cook with a culinary nutrition expert by your side and learn easy kitchen tips to save time!

For all class dates (except Feb. 12th & 13th), we'll create 3 delicious recipes together that can become part of a healthy weekly meal prep routine. You'll learn how to cook fish to perfection, create a colorful, flavorful, vegan salad that even non-veggie lovers will enjoy, and make a healthy snack recipe. As we cook together, I'll share simple cooking tips, the nutritional benefits of the foods we're preparing, and basics of healthy meal planning so that you'll leave feeling more confident cooking at home!

I had an amazing time learning Karman's recipes today! It was easy to follow through her two cameras; one on her and another on the cutting board. She shared lots of nutrition facts and helpful tips throughout the session. Her explanations/instructions were all clear even to a beginner like me. I enjoyed everything. We cooked salmon, vegan salad, and energy bites. As someone trying to incorporate more vegetables into the diet, I especially loved the kale salad. I've always avoided kale for its bitterness, but she turned it into such a tasty and fancy salad that now I can't wait to eat it again in my next meals. It's also great for batch-cooking which is another great plus. I'm also happy that I learned an easy recipe for the energy bites so that I can enjoy a tasty healthy snack to supply my workouts.

Karman is friendly, practical, engaging and informative. She made all feel welcome and encouraged all participates to share their personal thoughts as well as questions. I learned not only from her but also the other participants! I definitely recommended taking a class with Karman if you are looking for yummy, healthy and practicial recipes while also getting to know other people from around the world who participate!

It was a wonderful experience and I will gladly repeat it. Karman gave me a warm welcome to her online kitchen. She was technically very well equipped and used two cameras, so that you not only had a good overview, but you were close at every step and could see everything wonderfull, this is something that I personally find very helpful, especially for beginners. But she didn't forgot the advanced cooks there were many tips about healthy eating and cuttingtechnics . We made a cauliflower salad with salmon and cranberry energy bites. The cauliflower salad had a lovely flower and was perfect for mealpreping. My whole family enjoyed the energy bites. Karman helped me well through every step and explained all the benefits of the dishes. She also encouraged me to try variations and explained simple variations. The ingredients and equipment were easy to get and Karman was very interested in helping me with alternatives. You can tell that Karman is a nutritional professional, she was very experienced in explaining and had a wealth of knowledge. I was thrilled to see that she has written a book about healthy food for a balanced sleep and I can learn even more. Thank you very much for the great experience and see you soon.
