A large, cosy rustic 1 room cabin with separate electric shower & toilet, & kitchenette. King size bed. Stunning countryside views, set in a private animal paddock at the top of our garden. Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

Dartmoor National Park - riverside lodge, Mole End

One of a small group of wooden lodges built in a quiet valley on the banks of the river Teign in Dartmoor National park. Woodland walks from the doorstep. Wild birds and flowers, deer,fishing (day/week permit) starry skies. Small play area. The lodge is warm and cosy and well equipped for up to 5 people maximum. A fast road network only 10 mins away gives an easy journey and access to the beaches in South Devon, North Cornwall and the south west of England.

A luxurious rustic haven away from it all. The luxury bits: French linen bedding, robes, soft towels, woodburner, a good book, no street lights.. You might just sleep better than you have in years. The rustic bits: In the winter the cabin is heated by the woodburner- or a portable gas fire if you prefer - there is no WiFi in the cabin and mobile reception very much depends on your network. And all the hot water runs on electricity.
