Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.

It is also located a few miles away from both Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Resort and Casino with many amazing restaurants to chose from in the area. If you are a fan of golf, we are located right on the back 9 of the Norwich Golf course! Lake of Isles golf course is also about 15 minutes away.

The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.
