It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.

Το Kallis house βρίσκεται σε αμφιθεατρική θέση πάνω απ το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου στη βορεινή πλευρά του νησιού.Είναι ηλιόλουστο και ευρύχωρο και μπορείς να απολαύσεις την ανατολή αγναντεύοντας απ το μπαλκόνι του.Η θέα που σου προσφέρει σου "κόβει την ανάσα",γιατι στα πόδια σου απλώνεται όλος ο φυσικός κόλπος με τα γραφικά σπιτάκια και μαγαζιά.
