Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Wir bieten eine wunscherschöne kleine Haushälfte -ca. 100qm- mit eigenem Eingang und wunderbarem Blick in einen grünen Garten. Unser Haus ist 200m vom Zentrum Neustadt Donau und ca. 5 km von Abensberg entfernt. Von Neustadt aus kann man mit dem Zug in 40 Minuten in die historische Stadt Regensburg fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Haus hat eine tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche und ist ideal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Falkennest-Haus

In unmittelbarer Nähe zur fränkischen Seenplatte sowie Nürnberg und am Rande des Naturparks Altmühltal könnt ihr bei uns schöne Stunden im kleinen Dörfchen Lay genießen! Unser "Falkennest-Haus" von 1937, welches wir liebevoll saniert haben, besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen, welche sich wunderbar für eine große Gruppe vereinen können. Der besondere Charme aus alten Gemäuern gemischt mit modernen Elementen und neuester Ausstattung macht euren Aufenthalt zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis!

Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen in unserem urigen Ferienhäuschen auf dem Lande! Unser Haus liegt idyllisch zwischen Laber- und Altmühltal. Hier können Sie beim Relaxen Rehe und Füchse auf den umliegenden Feldern beobachten. Die Lage ist perfekt geeignet für Ausflüge wie z.B. nach Regensburg, Kloster Weltenburg, zur Befreiungshalle nach Kelheim und Vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Prospekte für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten liegen für Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft bereit.

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Enjoy the sensational view through the all-glass front into nature and at the villa built in 1896. Relax in our lounge corner on the gallery and take a break from everyday life.

Wir bieten euch eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine). Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer besitzen je ein Doppelbett, eines davon hat auch eine Schlafcouch. Das dritte hat zwei Einzelbetten. In jedem Zimmer ist auch ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Je nachdem in welchem Zimmer Ihr aufwacht, seht Ihr zu den Felsen oder zum Wasser hinaus :)
