Η «Αμφιτρίτη», είναι μία παραδοσιακή πέτρινη αναπαλαιωμένη κατοικία, που βρίσκεται στο μώλο του Νέου Οιτύλου Λακωνίας. Απέχει μόλις 200μ από την παραλία και τα μαγαζιά του χωριού. Απολαύστε το ηλιοβασίλεμα ακριβώς μπροστά από τη θάλασσα. Amphitrite is a traditional stonehouse home, which is located in front of the small port of Neo Oitilo Lakonia. It's only 200m distance from the sandy beach, the stores and the traditional taverns of the village. Enjoy the sunset exactly in front of the sea.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 2 floor mini maisonette, located in a 200 year old building. We have repurposed and refurbished what used to be the storage rooms of the building into a modern and spacious 2 floor suite connected by a Maniot architectural feature called a Katarraktis, a narrow staircase cut into the stone walls. The bedroom is on the 1st floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor. The suite features a balcony with sea view and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower.

Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Exquisitely Restored 18th Century Tower House

Welcome to Fameliti Casa Torre! Enjoy your stay in our fully restored family tower house built back in 1790 which can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Tower houses are the emblems of Mani. Stone strongholds that thrust from the rocky land as if to strike the sky itself. Their height was directly related to their defensive ability, but also to the rank and social position of the family to which they belonged. Their construction drew inspiration from Byzantine fortification architecture.

Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
