Just 18 miles west of the Mackinac bridge and downtown St. Ignace, 50 min. drive to Soo Locks or Taquamenon Falls.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property in Rexton, MI only 40 minutes northwest of the Mackinac Bridge and historic Mackinac Island. Sits on 18 acres of an old apple orchard. Has a 2 track that leads to the ATV/Snowmobile trails and Mackinac Co also allows ATVs on the shoulder of the county roads. Less than a 10-minute drive to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach and the Garlyn Zoo. Tahquamenon Falls is an hour drive to the north. Plenty to see and do all within a days drive.

She has imperfections well water, very dark at night, quiet peaceful. May not be for you if you don't mind a little UP rustic. Some perfections she has, privacy with no direct neighbors, front door lake access, fully furnished no need to leave during stay. Barn across street from cottage has (2) visible security cameras.

Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. The cabin is a very comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath, upper peninsula home. There is a large entryway to leave all your gear in. The cabin is stocked with all the cooking utensils and pans you will need including a coffee grinder. The wood stove is wonderful to sit next to on a cold day. The cabin is private, facing away from the road. There is a fire pit for your evening hot dog and marshmallow roasts while enjoying the sounds of the whip-poor will.
