The main room (wooden floor) is equipped with a small desk, chair, WLAN access, tv, bed (1,40x2,00m) with covers, armchair and a wardrobe . The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. You can use your own terrace, chairs and table. Please check with us first if you want to book from December.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Es erwarten Sie helle und freundliche Räume mit einem tollen Blick auf das südliche Wiehengebirge. Rund um das Haus können viele Wanderwege genutzt werden.

Die 120qm Wohnung ist eine Hälfte eines Bauernhauses von 1898 und wurde renoviert. Umgeben von Feldern liegt das Haus in Alleinlage und ist perfekt um die Natur und Ruhe zu genieß. Es gibt zu der Wohnung einen Garten mit Terrasse und auch ein Grill steht auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Von der Südterasse sieht man über Felder hinweg auf das nahe gelegene Wiehngebirge.
