Secluded Archipelago Retreat near Vaxholm

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Dricksvatten finns i en dunk. Diskar gör du i havet. Inga tillfälliga obokade besök tillåts på fastigheten utöver de två bokade. Varmt välkomna

Waterfront House with panoramic seaview

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. Här kan ni slappna av i lugn miljö och titta på båtarna som glider förbi eller ta tåget in till Stockholm och njuta av dess utbud av restauranter och nöjen. Tågstationen ligger på ca 10-15 min gångavstånd. Det tar 35 min med tåg in till Stockholm. Med bil tar det ca 30-35 min. Fri parkering. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dubbelsäng i sovrum. Bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrum.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
