Our Cottage is secluded in the country near a river, with no other houses nearby, just Wildlife and peace and quiet. A Front porch for relaxing and a newer deck on the back for cooking out or watching the wildlife. The inside has just been completely updated, with a few original antique touches. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. I'll send youtube link upon request. House is 3 miles south of Menominee casino and 3 miles north of downtown. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.

1941 WWII Douglas DC-3 Airliner. Flown by the United States Marines for military transport services between Guam, Midway, and Pearl Harbor. Retrofit for overnight comfort with A/C, heat, bathroom, shower, kitchen with outside deck and grilling area, and campfire pit set amongst the trees alongside a private lake with dock. Sleeps four comfortably. Sit in the fully restored, lit cockpit, and feel what it was like to fly one of the most iconic aircraft ever built!
