Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, shower room and eat-in kitchenette, equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery. A welcome pack is provided including fresh milk, tea and coffee. The coach house is perfectly located for nearby amenities - with the option of two charming pubs serving food just minutes away. The centre of town is a short stroll away providing easy access to other local shops and restaurants. The Coach House provides a completely private space for guests away from the main house via a private entrance on the main driveway. Guests will be provided with a key code so they can come and go as they please.

Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. Our Modern, Bright, Spacious Self Contained Studio Apartment in Milton is ideally situated in a quiet village location. Close to the Science and Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, A14 and A10. Cambridge City Centre is approx 2.5 miles away. We are situated on a no through road. Fully fitted modern kitchen including oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave. Kingsize bed, sofa and dining table/desk, tv with freeview. Shower room.

the cabin

The self catering cabin with a good size kitchen/dinner with tea/coffee making facilities , Situated 12 miles from cambridge and 6 miles from st Ives, the cabin is only metres from a well stocked fishing lake . Fishing is available from the site owner for just £8 per day . It has 1 large comfortable double bed and in the lounge has 1 sofa bed and 1 large comfortable sofa. The cabin isn't suitable for children under the age of 12.

Cosy garden studio with off-street parking, ideal for couples visiting the cathedral city of Ely. Not suitable for babies/toddlers. Kitchen with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
