The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Recently renovated with 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 with en-suite), a big kitchen for socialising in and a Mediterranean-style gardens located on a quiet residential road. We are 20 min walk to Woolwich Station. From here you can get to the Excel (4mins), Canary Wharf (8mins), Liverpool St (15mins), Tottenham Court Rd (20mins), Paddington (26mins), Heathrow (50mins).

The property comprises of a living room with a sofa bed & a bedroom with a double bed. A bright and well-equipped kitchen is in place to suit your daily needs, and a bathroom with a large bath for you to relax. Off-street parking available. Our apartment is located in Charlton. Trains from our station will take you to central London in 25 minutes.

Super-convenient, cosy and peaceful flat just a 2min walk from the shops and a 5min stroll to the train station. Frequent trains get you into Central London in 20 mins and there's an excellent bus service, including a 24-hour bus that goes past the flat. The flat is on London's Green Chain Walk, with parks and woodland nearby. This is my main residence, so my belongings are in it, with space available for guests' stuff. The flat is not suitable for toddlers or those with limited mobility.
