Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Located in Kowaliga Bay Estates neighborhood and is conveniently located between Kowaliga Marina and Anchor Bay marina. 35-40 minutes to Auburn. Perfect place for enjoying the lake, game day or for fishing enthusiasts. Home is equipped with a well stocked kitchen, and propane grill on the patio. Make s’mores or relax by the newly built lakeside firepit area.
