The "Cottage on Summit" is charming & updated Historical 1932 Cape Cod, located in the beautiful Bethel Park community. Relax with the whole family in our peaceful, cozy yet spacious home, boasting privacy, comfort and safety, nestled within the Summit neighborhood . The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking with breathtaking views.  The 600sf great room with windows all around is designed to make spending time there a relaxing experience. Perfect for a quiet getaway or family reunion.  The chef’s kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you need.  There are a charcoal grill and a pellet grill for your use. The downstairs gameroom has something to entertain all ages. Flexible checkin w/advanced approval.

Located on a private lane with plenty of room to park, trucks, campers & atvs welcome. The home also has an animal/dog outside enclosure so your furry friends can play outside! (This is a shared dog yard from time to time with our golden doodles)
