This is a very quiet neighborhood. No parties or events or fireworks and there is a zero noise policy after 9 PM. Parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

River Retreat

This property offers the entire lower level of our home and back yard that you will have all to yourself. We live upstairs and you have your own private entrance. There is no kitchen, but a gas grill, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge are provided. There are large windows in the master bedroom, and the living room has two large windows in addition to a glass sliding door that opens to a private backyard with fire pit next to the Elkhart River.
