Ásinn-Brennistaðir 4 is 90m2 house for a group of up to 7 people +crib (year 2025). The house is located in untoucted nature next to a field on Brennistaðir farm, about 20 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Borgarfjörður eystri. The farm is sheep farm. We live about 400 m distance from Ásinn. Fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room, spacious bathroom (washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms. Good looking view, cairns, bird live, streams, family-friendly environment in peaceful nature.

Relax in the beautiful woods of Úlfsstaðaskógur. This cabin comfortably sleeps 4 adults and its location makes it the perfect place to stay when exploring the eastern part of Iceland. Playgrounds for the kids are only a short walk away and Egilsstaðir are only a 10 minute drive from the cabin where you get all the service you need. Supermarkets, swimming pool, Vök-Baths natural baths and plenty of restaurants. The patio is perfect for outdoor dining in the evening sun.

Smábót 2 — riverside cottage

Smábót is a small cottage (15 square meters) and has accommodations just outside Egilsstaðir and has a great riverside view. The cottage has two single beds, private bathroom and free WiFi. The facilities are extremely suitable for two people. A variety of hiking trails are nearby and guests are allowed to go fishing for free in the river called Rangá. The nearest airport is Egilsstaðir Airport, 8 km from the cabin location.

Around the place is a great wild-bird life over the summertime and here you can take a walk in the nature and enjoy some alone-time. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished terrace with BBQ. Egilsstadir town center is just 30 km away.

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

Our Honeymoon cottage is the perfect place for those who seek a genuine Icelandic experience with a private hot tub overlooking the fiord. The cabin is just a couple of minute drive from Seydisfyordur. You might even spot some whales while having a bbq. Don’t miss to hike and visit Vestdalur waterfalls that is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is provided with dvds, books and vintage video games.

The Cozy Corner – A Peaceful Home in Egilsstaðir

Welcome to The Cozy Corner – a peaceful little home in Egilsstaðir. Tucked away in a quiet area at the edge of town, this apartment is the perfect resting place during your East Iceland adventures. This is my full-time home, and there are some cupboards reserved for my personal things, but rest assured, there is plenty of space left for your belongings.

Our cozy Standard Double/Twin Rooms are perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with twin beds, a desk, chairs, and a TV for relaxation. Guests enjoy access to shared facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms.

Hólshýsi - Hóls Cottage.

In Fljótsdal next to the farm Hóll in Norðurdalur is Hólshýsi. A cosy cottage that is surrounded by endless adventures and sounds of nature and wildlife. Close to countless highlights such as Hengifoss, Hallormstaður, the Wilderness Center and Laugarfell.

Sjónarhóll - alias the hill with a view

Our cabin is small but very comfortable. It has a lot to offer, peaceful surroundings, surrounded by greenery and tall trees, if you don't like birdsong then this is not the place for you. Located only about 5 to 10 minutes from the town center by car.
