Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

In der Sauna mit grandiosem Bergpanorama kannst du entspannen und anschließend auf dem großzügigen Balkon auf Chill-Möbeln die grandiose Aussicht genießen. Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Unsere gemütliche Zirbitzhütte mit Sauna und Kamin befindet sich direkt am Waldrand mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge des Naturparks Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen in einer Seehöhe von 1050 Metern. Direkt vor der Haustüre beginnen die Wanderwege, das schneesichere Skigebiet Grebenzen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auf der großzügigen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse hört man das Rauschen des nahegelegenen Gebirgsbaches, Sonnenanbeter kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten

Apartment on the upper floor of the house offers 2 rooms (1 with king size bed and a living room with an extendable sofa) that share a common balcony. Kitchen is equiped with all basic cookware and refrigerator. Roomy bathroom is equiped wit a washing machine. Every need that you might have will be taken care off. Welcome!
