While staying, you will feel like you are secluded amongst a forrest, yet you'll only be a 5-10 minute drive away from everything in town! The house was built in 2017 with modern finishes. The hottub is always hot and the oversized couches are always comfy. The neighborhood is family/wildlife oriented. Come unwind and relax in the sticks!

For a tiny house it has a spacious lower level with vaulted ceiling and upper bedroom loft. Wifi & smart TV. Nice warm heat and cool AC. Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

The Spruce House is a beautifully restored and fully updated 1930's style bungalow with all the modern amenities! The interior of the cozy home has been remodeled to meet all of your needs while traveling to Quincy. Located near Blessing Hospital and only four blocks from Quincy University's Q-Stadium, The Spruce House offers a beautiful kitchen, two bed rooms with king and queen beds, high-speed Wi-Fi, a spacious yard, off street parking and a wonderful and safe neighborhood. Clemson Lane Cabin is located 14.3 miles east of Kirksville, Mo with a beautiful view overlooking the Salt River bottom. In a private setting, this cabin has all the amenities you would want in a weekend getaway (or longer!). The cabin is situated on a working farm, surrounded by agricultural farmland. The host home is on property (see photo). Enjoy scenic views, take your breakfast on the screened-in porch or back deck, and gaze at the crystal clear starry sky - all in this rural paradise!

There is a beautiful pine grove with a picnic area and a fire pit for your use. There is also a massage chair by the electric fireplace where you can relax those aching muscles.

This has been a second home for when grandparents visit and we hope it is for you too. Welcoming for families or anyone who is looking for clean, comfortable, and convenient! Guests have the entire house to themselves with a full kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, and living room. Includes linens, towels, on-street parking, wifi, and washer/dryer. At the Little House you will be the only ones entering the house and our self check-in makes this a contact-free stay.
