The house is set on 3/4 of an acre with lots of beautiful gardens and is located near Montague Center, where there are restaurants and shops.

This is a furnished home in Greenfield MA. It’s great for Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook School, Northfield Mount Hermon, and Stonleigh-Burnham families. We’re close to Berkshire East, Yankee Candle, and Magic Wings. 3 bedrooms sleep up to 5, 2 baths. Circa 1890, our home has a modern kitchen, comfy couches, and an eclectic antique-heavy decor. The period layout with all bedrooms upstairs and the antique decor may not make our home ideal for people with mobility challenges or young children.

The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Wildlife Lakeside Cottage

Fully furnished , totally remodeled ( completed in Feb. 2016) CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED and RENOVATED, (March and April 2025!) private cottage set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. Incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. The home has sunny views everywhere.
