Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the property comprises of 2 double bedroom's a dining room and a spacious living room to sit back and relax in. If you enjoy cooking our bright new galley kitchen provides all you need to recreate your favourite dishes. As well as free on street parking outside the property there is also an M&S convenience store located within a 3 minute walk from the property.

Only a few mins walk from both the city walls and University, local amenities include a 24-hour Marks & Spencer, supermarkets, cafes, award-winning pubs, and the popular Barbican venue. This house has bags of character and is absolutely perfect for couples, friends, and single travellers visiting York for fun or work. This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.
