Experience the magic of solitude (3mi to BWCA Wilderness, 5min to Eagle Mtn hiking) and then head 12-25min to the beloved Raven Rock Grill or Grand Marais.

Hungry Hippie Hostel - Glamping Tent #6

Hungry Hippie Hostel now has Camping + Glamping! Our canvas wall tents are waterproof and super cozy! Our version of Glamping includes: the 8'x16' tent, decking (with screened in porch), comfy mattress and breathtaking views of Lake Superior. Also included- a campfire ring + picnic table at each of our glamping sites. Tents are located within 200 feet of our brand new shower house. The shower house is divided into mens & womens spaces. Each space having two showers, three toilets and two sinks.

The Lena Dome (5 min to Grand Marais)

Superior View House

The Superior View House is your quiet escape to the North Shore. Located just 1 mile from access to Lake Superior, 1/2 mile from the Superior Hiking Trail and 10 minutes from Grand Marais this entire home is an excellent place to set up for a long weekend exploring the Northwoods. The cozy fireplace and large airy living room make for comfortable ways to spend the evenings or days when the whether isn't cooperating, otherwise the three outdoor decks and wood fired sauna are the places to be.

The Burrow on Tucker Lake - Gunflint Trail

A five-minute hike through the forest leads you to the front door of The Burrow, our off-grid GUEST cabin on a hill just above Tucker Lake. A unique experience on the Gunflint Trail, our hideaway provides an opportunity for solitude at the edge of the wilderness without giving up the comforts of home. A short walk down a hill to the lake gives you direct BWCA access from our private dock and opportunities for adventure and relaxation with provided snow shoes, paddle boards and a canoe.

Welcome to Hawkweed House, your peaceful getaway in Grand Marais. The perfect place to explore and enjoy the North Shore, we are located 10 minutes from downtown Grand Marais on a quiet wooded 3 acre lot at the edge of a wildflower meadow.
